How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin the process, simply contact us at support@happyoutstudios.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Returns & Refunds

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
• Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

• If you need a different size or colour, let us know, and we’ll arrange an exchange.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately with a photo, and we’ll make it right.
